| Fanart crack at its finest for me, which is strange for a person who hardly draws fanart. |
Emailed the tech people, and now I can finally get back on DA and other websites! Those guys rock.
In the meanwhile, thought this would be fun and an easy way to explain my characters. I'll just do a few for now since I don't want to be up all night doing this.
Write out the names of your characters and explain:
1) How you thought of their name
2) What made you create the character in the first place
3) How the character has changed over time (if they have changed)
4) Any random fun fact about that character
Stromh
1) I was flipping through some magazines, and a Nordstrom mag popped up. I loved how the last five letters looked and could potentially be pronounced, so I slapped an H on the end of it, and there we have it! That is the worst character name invention EVER. *shaaame* I still haven't figured out a way to explain how to pronounce it properly over the internet. v__v
2) It was during my emo screamo period in early high school. I'd never created a character with black hair, so he was my first. I kinda dug the emo-ish hair style too, so yeah. I didn't really have a story to go with him, but it kept on developing as the years went on.
OMG HERE'S HIS FIRST CHARACTER SHEET. *dug it out of storage*

3) *see character design sheet*
For one, I had him grow up, and sexy tiems. I wasn't quite sure what to do with him, so he kinda became my persona for a bit. His story developed, along with a personality to boot. I did make a few good tweaks to his design, like hair, facial decoration, but the main thing that stuck with him through these years are his double-slit pupils & eye color, his lip mark, and (more or less) his earrings.
4) Within his race, he is considered the forefather of Surface exploration, that started with him being temporarily banished for manslaughter when he was around the age of twelve. "Surface" is capitalized since the Three Races took shelter in deep caverns before the Great Flood occurred, and saw their survival as a disgrace and sin, and have kept to their underground habitat since, and for the longest time considered themselves the only survivors of the Flood. I'd divulge more, but I'd be here all night.
Moore
1) I quite honestly can't remember...but his actual name is more like Mür. YES, I'M GOING TO UMLAUT YOU GUYS.
2) I think he was a spontaneous doodle that got pretty early paired up as buddies to Stromh. He loved humiliating the living daylights out of Stromh with his suggestive pansexual self.
3) Surprisingly, Moore is the only character that hasn't changed a single bit from when I first created him. He maintains the same hairstyle, ear shape, eye colour, height stature...everything.
Moore used to run around in only a pair of baggy, unbelted pants that would show off his manhips and such. His current self still has the occasional fun with teasing people, but is a much more serious authoritative figurehead to his Race.
4) Stromh is Moore's godfather! There is quite the emotional connection between the two, and with their considerably longer lifespan than what is normal (and a normal lifespan is about 150 human years), they keep each other company and sane. Stromh considers Moore the only reason why he's been able to keep a grip on being 300+ years old with no one living as long as he naturally does.
...I'd put more characters, but this cold I just caught (as well as homework I still need to attend to) beckon me otherwise.

Oh and I just realized how awkward my above comment is... IGNOREplz
